Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 2 years’ sales experience and a basic understanding of real estate. The role involves promoting and selling properties, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales. This is an office-based position in Lekki Phase 1, ideal for candidates residing on the Island or nearby.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company properties
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Conduct property inspections and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Build strong client relationships
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Basic understanding of real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Must reside on the Island or close to Lekki Phase 1
