Marketing Officer
Job summary
We seek to hire a suitable candidate for this role. The marketing officer is responsible for aggressively sourcing and acquiring funds from individual and corporate clients. This is a results-driven role where compensation is heavily tied to the volume and quality of funds mobilised.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate organisations to invest in our company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing investors, ensuring high retention and timely response to feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas as defined by management.
- Monitor financial market trends and competitor interest rates to provide value-added advice to clients.
- Ensure all customer onboarding strictly follows Know Your Customer
- Understand loans, credits, high-yield investments, (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution.
- Financial Product Knowledge:
- A proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets is highly valued.
Commission Structure:
- It is a fully commission-based (no base salary)
- Independent executives’ package.
- The commission rates are negotiable between 5% and 15% of gross margin or profit to compensate for the lack of a guaranteed salary.
