Job summary
We are currently seeking a sales & customer service officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual who can also manage online and walk-in sales interactions and digital engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms
- Manage walk-ins and online sales while building strong customer relationships
- Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms
- Handle day-to-day management of the brand’s social media accounts
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and grow social media engagement
- Must reside within Ikeja or its environs
