We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, executing field sales activities, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in line with company objectives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for the company.
  • Execute field sales activities, including in-store visits, product placement, retail activations, and trade promotions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Manage product distribution across channels, ensuring visibility and availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and vendors.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize profitability and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver retail-focused campaigns and activations.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and recommend sales and operational improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing market research on consumer behavior, competitors, and retail trends.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR and CEO.
