Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in selling solar/renewable energy products, understands the full sales cycle and face-to-face client interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for solar products and solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present solutions and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales process: marketing → quotation → solution → negotiation → sale → payment.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in selling solar/renewable energy products & client-facing sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and project follow-up.
- Results-oriented & ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
