The Sales Development Representative role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager to identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing agency relationships, manage documentation and proposals, and support Workium’s overall business

Responsibilities

Partner & Client Engagement

  • Support the Business Development team in onboarding new B2B partners and agencies.
  • Maintain regular communication with partner agencies, ensuring prompt responses and smooth collaboration.
  • Assist in preparing partnership presentations, proposals, and introductory materials for new markets.
  • Help schedule and coordinate discovery calls, follow-ups, and client updates.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential agency partners, corporate clients, and new market opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with new leads, prospects, and partner information.
  • Support research into country-specific migration and employment trends relevant to Workium’s expansion strategy.

Documentation & Process Coordination

  • Assist in preparing and organizing service documents, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
  • Track document submissions, follow-up deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of information to clients.
  • Support cross-functional communication between Business Development, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Event Management

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Workium events — including B2B webinars, partner onboarding sessions, expos, and summits.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as guest communication, agenda preparation, and follow-up emails.
  • Manage event promotion across social media and email channels to drive attendance.
  • Assist in curating presentations, branding materials, and digital invitations for upcoming events.
  • Track post-event engagement and compile reports on attendance, performance, and leads generated.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Compile weekly and monthly activity reports, summarizing leads, meetings, and progress on business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of active and potential partners.
  • Support planning and coordination of Workium’s partnership events, expos, and business summits.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build Workium’s brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Support marketing campaigns aligned with Workium’s quarterly business goals and service updates.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to improve content performance and community engagement.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments professionally and in line with Workium’s communication tone.
  • Collaborate with the design and communications team to create visuals and posts for ongoing campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client relations (preferably in recruitment, education, or migration services).
  • Experience working with international clients or B2B environments is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in global workforce mobility and international recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Research-oriented mindset with an ability to identify new market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Airtable).
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • High sense of initiative, reliability, and accountability.
