Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Development: Help build and optimize our outbound sales systems and workflows.
- Lead Sourcing: Research and compile lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other tools.
- Direct Outreach: Write and send grammatically perfect, highly personalized email sequences to targeted leads.
- Sales Research: Investigate each lead’s business needs to tailor messaging and improve response rates.
- Appointment Setting: Follow up consistently and convert engaged leads into meetings for our U.S. team.
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM organized, log outreach activity, update deal stages, and generate reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR or sales role (B2B experience preferred)
- Excellent written English grammar, tone, and formatting must be flawless
- Experience writing professional emails that generate replies
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) and lead generation platforms
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Available for at least 4 hours of U.S. overlap (EST timezone) each day
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with clients in the U.S. or the UK
- Knowledge of financial services, SaaS, or professional service industries
