Job Summary

We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our U.S. client base. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in designing our outbound sales strategy, identifying leads, writing professional outreach emails, and setting sales appointments. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with excellent English writing skills, strong research capabilities, and a desire to build a long-term remote career in professional services.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Development: Help build and optimize our outbound sales systems and workflows.
  • Lead Sourcing: Research and compile lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other tools.
  • Direct Outreach: Write and send grammatically perfect, highly personalized email sequences to targeted leads.
  • Sales Research: Investigate each lead’s business needs to tailor messaging and improve response rates.
  • Appointment Setting: Follow up consistently and convert engaged leads into meetings for our U.S. team.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM organized, log outreach activity, update deal stages, and generate reports.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound SDR or sales role (B2B experience preferred)
  • Excellent written English grammar, tone, and formatting must be flawless
  • Experience writing professional emails that generate replies
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Pipedrive) and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Available for at least 4 hours of U.S. overlap (EST timezone) each day


Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with clients in the U.S. or the UK
  • Knowledge of financial services, SaaS, or professional service industries
  • Prior work with U.S. startups, founders, or business owners
