We're hiring Growth Marketers at Compazz.

No office. No fixed hours. No salary cap. Just results.

Here's the deal:

Compazz is a Point of Sale and inventory management software built for retail businesses in Nigeria. We help owners catch staff theft, stop stockouts, track supplier invoices, and actually see their real profits all from their phone.

The average retail outlet loses about N340,000/month to hidden leakage. We fix that. Our pricing starts at N150,000/year. The product sells itself once the right person sees it.

We need marketers who can get it in front of those people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Find and reach pharmacy owners, supermarket managers, and retail business owners
• Pitch Compazz via WhatsApp, phone, social media, market visits whatever works
• Walk prospects through a free instore trial and convert them to paying users
• Earn based on every single customer you bring in.

WHAT YOU WON'T DO:

• Sit in an office
• Work fixed hours
• Handle customer support
• Build the product

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• You understand the Nigerian retail or pharmacy market
• You can sell (cold outreach, warm intros, social media: any channel) .
• You are self-motivated and don't need someone watching over you .
• Having an existing network in retail/pharmacy is a massive plus (but not required)
• Must be able to work with a cool boss

COMPENSATION (choose your model):

A) Commission only — N15,000–30,000 per converted customer

B) Small retainer + commission — N50,000–100,000/month base + per-signup bonus

C) Revenue share — 10–20% of first-year subscription revenue per customer you bring

Bonus: Top performer each month gets N50,000–100,000 extra.

Hit 10 sign-ups in month one? Extra N50,000 activation bonus.
