Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate, manage, and nurture leads from various channels
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospective students and clients
- Guide prospects in selecting suitable courses and programs based on their needs
- Achieve monthly and periodic sales or enrollment targets
- Represent the institution at events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
- Promote educational services and training programs effectively
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and outreach performance
- Support marketing and student recruitment initiatives where needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an OND
