Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach businesses with energy consumption needs.
- Pitch and sell Gauge as a must have energy management solution.
- Understand customer pain points and align them with Gauge's value proposition
- Close sales and ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
- Gender: Females only
- 1-2 years of proven sale experience in Insurance or Microfinance
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a I can do mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Goal-oriented and driven by performance-based earnings.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively
