Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key resource to the co-founders, helping to execute strategic priorities and drive projects.
- Conduct research to support ongoing and new projects, summarizing findings from reports, articles, and datasets.
- Draft, review, and disseminate proposals, concept notes, reports, and other communications.
- Oversee and track projects, ensuring deliverables are completed in line with business objectives.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the co-founders.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Research Associate, Marketing Associate, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Basic design skills and proficiency in productivity and AI-assistance tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the consulting or research industry is an advantage.
