Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for construction projects.
- Manage project costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget.
- Evaluate contractor quotations, subcontractor payments, and variations.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports, valuations, and financial statements for projects.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate work done before payment.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
- Participate in tendering processes, including bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 3 years of previous experience in similar role.
