- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
