Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring access and exit points, verifying visitors and deliveries
- Conducting routine patrols, observing CCTV and other security systems where applicable, and promptly
- Identifying and reporting suspicious activities, security breaches, hazards, or incidents.
- Enforcing established security procedures and ensuring that all visitors and occupants comply with applicable safety and access rules.
- Maintaining a high level of alertness and professionalism at all times
- Responding appropriately to emergencies and cooperating with management, law enforcement, emergency responders, and other relevant personnel when required.
- Keeping accurate records of incidents, visitors, patrols, and handover reports
- Maintain confidentiality and immediately escalate any matter that may compromise the safety or security of the premises.
- The role requires punctuality, integrity, good communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
