Real Estate Relations Officer
Job summary
Our client in the real estate, investment management and property development sector of the real estate industry is looking for a capable and personable Real Estate Relations Officer to join our team in Lagos. This role sits at the heart of what we do - acting as the trusted link between our Clients and the Properties we manage across the city and beyond. The ideal Applicant will be the primary point of contact for Clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met while keeping our Properties well-maintained and professionally presented. This position involves a healthy mix of relationship management, site work and reporting, liaison with regulatory bodies, regular travel within Lagos and occasional trips out of state.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, building strong, lasting relationships and handling day-to-day enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Act as the liaison between the company and government regulatory bodies, agencies and ministries.
- Conduct routine property inspections, identifying issues early and ensuring standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance works, liaising with contractors and internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports for management on property condition, client feedback and operational matters.
- Travel within Lagos and occasionally out of state as required to support clients and properties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in estate management, building technology, business administration or a closely related field.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in real estate, facility management or client relations.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
- A valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
