Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and repairs
- Supervise staff and service providers
- Handle residents’ concerns and complaints
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Maintain accurate property records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Experience in property, facility, estate, hospitality, or accommodation management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage staff, residents, and service providers
- Experience managing residential/student accommodation is an advantage
