Shortlet Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
  
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide support throughout each stay
  
• Ensure the apartment is properly cleaned and prepared before every check-in
  
• Coordinate cleaners, laundry, maintenance personnel, and other service providers
  
• Carry out regular property inspections and report any damages or maintenance issues
  
• Ensure amenities, utilities, and essential supplies are always available
  
• Monitor the condition of furniture, appliances, and other items in the apartment
  
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly
  
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, damages, repairs, and supplies
  
• Ensure the property consistently meets our cleanliness and hospitality standards
  
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing shortlets, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality properties is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple tasks
• Responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to detail
• Able to respond quickly when urgent property or guest issues arise
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic digital tools
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other accommodation platforms is an advantage
• Must be based in Lagos and able to access the property easily
