Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing renovation and restructuring of the estate, and manage all repairs and maintenance
- Collect rent, service charge and other fees from tenants and individual owners, and pursue arrears to recovery
- Prepare and administer service charge budgets, reconciliations and tenant statements
- Administer property expenses, including statutory charges, insurance premiums, site payroll and maintenance costs
- Manage advertising and letting to keep the property fully occupied, and onboard, document and retain tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain oversight of site income, staff performance and resident complaints
- Recruit, train and manage site staff, and report monthly on occupancy, collections and expenditure
- Ensure compliance with Lagos State tenancy law, lease terms and insurance renewals
Requirements:
- ESVARBON registration or NIESV membership is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years in property management, with demonstrable managerial responsibility and a proven record on rent collection and arrears recovery.
