Business Development Specialist
Job summary
The Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing business development strategies, and identifying new market opportunities. The role oversees the business development team, builds strategic partnerships(Joint Ventures) and ensures the achievement of sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate deals and partnerships: Secure agreements that benefit the company.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends, potential clients, and business opportunities to expand market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Client Acquisition: Drive acquisition of new clients and manage key strategic accounts.
- Partnerships & Alliances, especially Joint Ventures (JV): Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business alliances.
- Sales Oversight: Monitor and guide the sales pipeline to ensure target achievement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare periodic reports on business performance, market insights, and pipeline health.
- Budget & Forecasting: Contribute to revenue forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare proposals and presentations: Pitch products, services, or partnerships to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities: Research markets, industries, and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4-7 years of previous experience in a similar role
