Job summary
The Head of Facility Management will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, operation, and maintenance of all company-managed properties and facilities. The role requires a proactive leader who can ensure that all buildings, infrastructure, and services operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while maintaining high standard

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and performance of all facilities and properties.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage facility teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all properties.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control measures, and operational expenses.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction through proactive facility solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in facility or property management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
