We are looking for a thorough Plumber to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform installation and maintenance of all water accessories, drainage and piping systems and equipment across our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of water drainage and piping systems across all facilities.
- Diagnosing issues like leaks and clogs.
- Performs routine checks, cleaning and adjustments on plumbing and heating systems
- Ensures all plumbing works are safety compliant.
- Support the facility manager by generating reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Excellent inspection and analytical skills to identify potential issues.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Strong understanding of facility Management practices, including maintenance, cleaning and safety procedures
