We are hiring a mature Female Facility Manager (35–45 years) to oversee the operations of two shopping malls located on the same road in Lekki Phase 1. You will ensure both facilities are well-maintained, secure, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Multi-Site Oversight: Daily inspections of both malls to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Staff Management: Supervise security, cleaners, and technicians across both sites.
- Maintenance: Promptly identify and fix plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the professional point of contact for all shop owners.
- Reporting: Maintain a professional reporting line to your superior.
Requirements:
- Gender/Age: Female, 35–45 years old.
- Qualification: Minimum of a Diploma (OND/HND).
- Experience: Previous paid employment is required. You must understand workplace hierarchy and how to report to a superior.
- Skills: Strong communication and "people skills" are essential.
Benefits:
