Job summary
We are looking for a thorough Electrical Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises in LASU-OJO. You will perform maintenance of all electrical installations, accessories, and equipment across our facilities. Only candidates within and around the LASU OJO environs will be considered.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all electrical installations, accessories, and equipment in all facilities.
- Carry out corrective/preventive maintenance of HVAC-related equipment.
- Support in the operation of the generator daily, particularly when there is a power interruption and the ATS is inactive.
- Support the facility manager to generate necessary checklists as may be assigned on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot faults with testing devices and resolve electrical malfunctions
- Maintains and generates records of servicing, repairs, and electrical supplies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in electrical engineering or NABTEB certification in electrical installation work or a related field.
- Trade Tests 1, 2 & 3
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Excellent inspection and analytical skills to identify potential issues.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Strong understanding of facility management practices, including maintenance, cleaning and safety procedures.
