Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Executive to manage property maintenance, fleet operations, and overall facility coordination within a real estate environment. The role ensures all properties remain functional, safe, compliant, and cost-efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
- Manage fleet servicing, tracking, and operational readiness.
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and service records.
Requirements:
- 4–10 years’ experience in facilities management, fleet management, property maintenance, or operations (preferably in real estate).
- Strong vendor management and cost control experience.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Performance bonus (periodic).
- Sales commission (where applicable).
- HMO.
- Pension.
