Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and purchasing all goods and services required for daily hotel operations. This includes obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders for food items, housekeeping supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to understand their needs, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
- Maintains accurate purchasing records, evaluates supplier performance, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and budget guidelines.
- Support cost-efficient purchasing decisions that help maintain smooth, reliable, and high-quality hotel operations.
