Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, reliability, and price.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Liaise with the finance department to process invoices and payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software is an advantage.
