Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations for our fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of quality food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other supplies at the best possible prices

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
  • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to obtain high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with outlet/store managers to forecast supply needs.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies to all restaurant locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements when necessary.
  • Manage procurement budget and control spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards during procurement.
  • Report regularly to management on procurement performance and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships.
