Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Upper Primary teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver the British National Curriculum for Years 4‑6, with a focus on English Language and Literacy.

Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Years 4‑6 aligned with the British curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress using UK assessment tools.
Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and CPD.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Education, or related.
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in an international school, preferably in Upper Primary (Years 4‑6).
TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification or equivalent teaching license.
Strong command of English and familiarity with the British curriculum.
Major in English Language or Literature (Preferred)
Experience teaching English Language and Literacy to Upper Primary students (Preferred)
Proximity to the school (Ogudu, Ojota) (Preferred)
