Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Team Management:
- Scout for and onboard competent individuals to serve as Marketers within the assigned area or cluster.
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to the team of Marketers.
- Oversee the onboarding process of Marketers, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties.
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Drive the opening of new accounts and issuance of cards within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets for account openings, card sales, and activations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to the State products officer
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery by Marketers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the assigned area.
Market Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition activities.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures within the area.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the State Products officer and other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail banking or sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
