Sales Administrator
Job summary
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers. Our ideal candidate is goal-orientated and has a deep knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Customer service: Answer customer questions by phone, email, or in person. Follow up with customers about orders and delivery.

- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and shipping software.
