We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Dispatch & Food Sales Personnel to manage outgoing food orders while actively supporting sales. This role combines order dispatch coordination with direct customer interaction to ensure timely deliveries, accurate orders, and increased sales through excellent service.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch & Operations:
- Receive, verify, and process food orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure on-time dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, order slips, delivery notes)
- Monitor delivery status and resolve dispatch or delivery issues quickly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch area
Sales & Customer Service:
- Take customer orders in person, by phone, or online platforms
- Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell add-ons where appropriate
- Build positive relationships with walk-in customers, repeat buyers, and vendors
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Support sales targets and daily revenue goals
Records & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records
- Track inventory related to dispatched items and report shortages
- Assist with daily sales reports and cash/card reconciliation (if required)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of previous experience in food sales, dispatch, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Basic computer or POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
