Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage and grow customer accounts (retailers, distributors, supermarkets, event vendors).
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across the territory.
- Conduct route-to-market operations and monitor stock levels in the market.
- Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and distribution gaps.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and submit timely reports to management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of FMCG sales, preferably beverages or bottled water.
- Familiar with Route-to-Market (RTM), van sales, and territory management.
- Ability to conduct market mapping, identify new business opportunities, and grow territory share.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven understanding of inventory rotation (FIFO) and product handling.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
