Job summary

Our client is a producer and distributor of wines, drinks, bottled water and beverages. Their objective is to become a leading beverage manufacturer in Nigeria, offering innovative and healthy drink options while promoting a healthier lifestyle. Our client is seeking to employ Sales Representatives to help market and sell its products around Anambra

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts (retailers, distributors, supermarkets, event vendors).
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across the territory.
  • Conduct route-to-market operations and monitor stock levels in the market.
  • Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and distribution gaps.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records and submit timely reports to management. 


Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales, preferably beverages or bottled water.
  • Familiar with Route-to-Market (RTM), van sales, and territory management.
  • Ability to conduct market mapping, identify new business opportunities, and grow territory share.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven understanding of inventory rotation (FIFO) and product handling.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results. 
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Sheets Sales reporting tools. Prior experience in bottled water beverages table water distribution or FMCG is a strong advantage. Driving Experience
