Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, physical marketing and property events. Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities. Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent service.
- Sales & Negotiations: Conduct property viewings and presentations. Negotiate offers to sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Market Research & Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends and new properties in the office. Provide clients with accurate market analyses and property recommendations.
- Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools.

Working Condition:
- Strictly 9-5 working hours, Mondays to Fridays
- Commission-based compensation structure (inclusive of monthly allowance)
