Job summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also handle confidential matters required to support daily operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • The Personal Assistant (PA) to the MD will provide high-level support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic initiatives and business development.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, flight bookings, and accommodations.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Draft reports, memos, and other business documents.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role providing executive support to senior management.
