Job summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also handle confidential matters required to support daily operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- The Personal Assistant (PA) to the MD will provide high-level support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic initiatives and business development.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, flight bookings, and accommodations.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Draft reports, memos, and other business documents.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role providing executive support to senior management.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturdays as may be required.
