Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with personal and business-related errands
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage
