Job summary
To provide high-level confidential support to the chief executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service, ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- First contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Manage and coordinate the diary of the chief executive by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required.
- Maintain effective filing and data storage, including emails and retrieval systems, ensuring the needs of the chief executive are met.
- Provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minuting meetings, taking messages, and performing other administrative tasks as required to support the chief executive.
- Supporting the chief executive to keep the board of directors informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction.
- Plan and manage key organizational events such as strategy days, staff briefings, and others as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
