We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the principal, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily activities within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management and efficiency.
- Handle administrative errands, including bank runs and other assigned tasks, with discretion.
- Manage and assist with personal errands and day-to-day activities as required.
- Provide travel support, including coordinating logistics and accompanying the principal on business trips when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between the principal and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Anticipate the needs of the principal and proactively address them to ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of execution.
- Support general administrative and operational activities within the business.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Personal Assistant or administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- close attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for task management and communication
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (Negotiable)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Full Time, Hybrid
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
