Job summary

We’re looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and detail-oriented to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This role goes beyond basic admin. You’ll be responsible for customer communication, order coordination, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone
  • Guide customers toward making a purchase (not just answering questions)
  • Handle complaints or issues calmly and professionally
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, and helpful tone in all communication


Order Management:

  • Process incoming orders accurately
  • Coordinate production timelines with the team
  • Ensure orders are completed and ready on time


Logistics & Coordination:

  • Work with delivery riders to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
  • Follow up on orders and resolve delays proactively
  • Keep track of order status and communicate updates clearly


General Operations Support:

  • Assist with packaging and quality checks when needed
  • Flag issues early and suggest solutions
  • Help maintain an organized workflow in the office


Requirement:

  • Strong communication skills (clear, polite, and warm)
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Reliable and responsive
  • Able to think independently and solve problems
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Takes pride in doing things properly
  • Must be willing and able to commute to the office in Lekki Phase One daily


Important Notes:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos (not remote or hybrid)
  • A paid trial period will be required before full-time confirmation
  • You will be trained, but you must be willing to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Performance-based incentives (based on responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction)


Remuneration: NGN 130,000 – 150,000 Monthly.
