Sales Assistant

• Opening and closing the store daily.
• Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them with making a purchase.
• Boosting sales through upselling.
• Booking Ubers & dispatch on apps to send out orders for delivery.
• Answering customer calls, messages, and enquiries about our products, services or already processed orders.
• Watering, cleaning & arranging the plants neatly to keep them alive & keep the store looking attractive.
• Daily bookkeeping of payments made and expenses. 
• Taking pictures and videos of store products for customers & social media.
• Participating in content creation when necessary.
• Suggesting sales ideas and assisting with any other task when necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in horticulture is not required, as the ideal candidate will be fully trained.
• Minimum academic qualification of OND.
• Must be well-spoken, presentable, friendly, willing to learn, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent Customer Service, Problem Solving, and Negotiation Skills.
• Prior experience in content creation, social media marketing, or photography/videography will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ideal candidate should live within very close proximity to the store location (Lekki Phase 1).
