Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely daily data entry into company systems.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital records.
- Post and update content across the company’s social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and support staff with projects.
- Manage office supplies, place orders, and ensure the availability of resources.
- Operate office equipment and provide general administrative support to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations and communication needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Technology, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and posting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Location: Ologolo in Lekki.
Work Mode: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
