Job summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be well-presented, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and office records.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Support staff with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with restocking when necessary..
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Preferred qualification: S.S.C.E or OND.
- Must be neat, smart, and well-groomed.
- Must be comfortable with corporate dressing and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) is an advantage.
- Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 80,000
