Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, experienced and innovative Office Administrators, who must be self – starters, team players, honest, able to work with little or no supervision to join our team and provide daily support to our technical and marketing staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for the administrative and financial functions of the offices.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description


The Successful Candidate Will: 

  • Be able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Power Point and Spread Sheet 

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Prepare regular budget and expenses reports 

  • Be able to maintain and update company databases

  • Generate, respond and follow up official correspondence

  • Organize an efficient filing system for important and confidential documents

  • Be able to seamlessly perform Customer Service functions

  • Schedule meetings and events, maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

  • Arrange travel and accommodations

  • Generally, manage the office.


Minimum Qualification:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer with added finance functions or similar role, with solid knowledge of office procedures.

  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word and Power Point.)

  • Strong organizational skills with strong problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong team player, friendly and personable

  • At least a Diploma; but additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus


Experience: Ideally 2 — 4 years’ experience working in an organized corporate environment
