Joining the vibrant team and driving the marketing efforts of the Manooka multi-purpose facility from Lagos, outlined below are the deliverables divided into monthly targets, key performance indicators and the roles and responsibilities assigned to the role.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop Direct Marketing Strategy
  • Formulate targeted strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team (Lagos and London)
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns highlighting Manooka's unique features, customer acquisition and the success stories of their transition to the UK, and of events generally hosted at the facility.
  • Provide Regular Reports
  • Offer insights to senior management through regular reports on market trends and performance metrics.

Monthly Targets

Event Space Bookings:

  • Increase of 30%, 45%, 60% respectively month-on-month.
  • Ensure 95% minimum bookings for the main event space and creative lounge during April - September and December.

Kitchen Membership:

  • Maintain a minimum 75% occupancy rate with a staircasing approach of 30%, 45%, 60% over the next 3 - 4 months.

Rooftop Booking:

  • Achieve a minimum usage of 65% from June 2024 onwards.

Brand Engagements:

  • Secure a minimum of 3 brands/businesses each month for product launches, business expansions, media parleys, trade fairs, and other activities.

Key Performance Indicators

Event Booking Conversion Rate:

  • Aim for 60% in the first month, increasing to 75% from month 2 onwards.

Occupancy Rate:

  • Maintain high seasons at 95% and low seasons at 65% for both event spaces and kitchen.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT):

  • Ensure a score above average – excellent to ensure our online reviews stay consistently at 4.5* and above.

Revenue per Available Space:

  • Evaluate each facility separately (creative lounge, main hall, cloud kitchen, rooftop).

Client Retention Rate:

  • Focus on retaining existing clients through exceptional service with the London Office Team.

Average Lead-to-Booking Time:

  • Aim for a quick turnaround time in converting leads to bookings.
