Office Administrative Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will provide clerical support, manage documentation, coordinate communications, and assist management in maintaining smooth workflow across departments.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending mail, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files.
- Create and maintain record-keeping systems.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
- Run official errands for the management.
- Perform other major tasks as assigned. Etc
Qualification: HND/BSC Certificate.
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: 100-120k (Negotiable)
Location: LADIPO,Agege Motor Road, Lagos State.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND

- Strong problem solving skill.
- Strong proficiency in the usage of Advanced Excel.
