Office Administrator
Job summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Schedule and manage visitors’ appointments with the Managing Director.
- Maintain proper filing systems for property documents, contracts, and records.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle travel tickets and hotel bookings.
- Record the minutes of staff meetings
- Show clients the layout plan of estates and allot plot numbers
- Ensure that the client’s documents are signed by the Managing Director.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support the property management team with documentation, reports, and tenants' records.
- Assist with basic HR and finance documentation when required.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in real estate is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
