Responsibilities:
- Find and qualify leads for real estate listings and directory profiles.
- Research businesses and developers online using search engines, social platforms, and business tools.
- Contact prospects by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
- Explain our value clearly—front-page exposure, verified badge, and visibility to buyers and investors.
- Nurture prospects from first contact to final submission.
- Convert marketing interest into completed listings on our platform.
- Work closely with the internal team to confirm details before submission.
Requirements:
- Ability to source leads consistently.
- Ability to close and submit complete listings.
- Understanding of real estate marketing and directories.
- Discipline and accountability.
- Strong internet and tech awareness.
- Comfortable with online research and digital tools.
- Clear communicator—spoken and written.
- Understands lead generation, follow-up, and conversion.
- Understands basic marketing principles and sales flow.
- Confidently approaching companies and decision-makers.
- Organised and result-driven.
