Job summary
Ekoshopping Platform is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive user acquisition, vendor partnerships, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the platform, closing sales deals, and managing effective communication between customers, vendors, and the brand.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new vendors, sellers, and partners onto the Ekoshopping platform
- Promote platform services to customers and businesses to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Communication & Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries
- Manage communication across WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels
- Provide timely support and resolve complaints professionally
- Create engaging messages, promotions, and updates for users
- Ensure a seamless communication flow between internal teams and platform users
Marketing Support:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support content creation for social media, SMS, and email campaigns
- Gather feedback from users to improve the platform experience
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Monitor customer engagement and communication effectiveness
- Provide insights and recommendations for growth
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
