Marketing and Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage online marketing and sales activities for MoreSun Afrique Limited, including social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Create and post compelling content to engage our audience and drive sales.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Utilize affiliate marketing and multi-level marketing strategies to expand our reach and increase sales.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts with company objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep MoreSun Afrique Limited at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on online channels.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and multi-level marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating creativity and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with physical product distribution models is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
