Office Assistant
Job summary
The Male Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. He assists with documentation, record keeping, errands, and general office maintenance.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain office records and update files regularly
- Run official errands within and outside the office
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Support administrative staff with basic clerical duties
- Ensure office cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Assist in handling phone calls and directing visitors
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to handle minor lifting tasks
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
