Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the movement of goods, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers or project sites.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
- Work closely with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, waybills, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and government regulations.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues to minimise delays and costs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of logistics activities and generate periodic reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
